• The Summerhouse gladly accepts guests from May 15 – September 15.
  
  
• $115.00 per night for double occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes.

• We are unable to accommodate pets.  Our cat, Sammy will welcome you.  Although well behaved and usually found outdoors, Sammy is not allowed in the guest rooms
  
  
• No Smoking.
  
  
• Since we have an abundance of antiques and collectibles throughout the house, we are unable to accommodate children of any age.
  
  
• House is not handicap accessible.

• 1 night stay.  Must be sent no later than 1 week after reservation.
  
  
• Balance due upon arrival.

• If more than 2 weeks before arrival, return full deposit minus $50 cancellation fee.
  
  
• If 2 weeks or less before arrival, forfeit 1 night stay.

To insure the privacy and comfort of our guests, we hold our maximum household occupancy to 4 guests at a time.

• Guest rooms have air conditioning.
• Full size beds.
• Wireless Internet.
• Private sitting room with cable TV.
• Semi-private bath.
• Breakfast at 8:30 AM on the sun porch or deck overlooking our perennial gardens.
